    “…because I need yet ANOTHER passion/hobby. Uggh.”
🙂 oh how i can relate to that. i think it’s a curse of the creative!

I agree…I feel lucky to have that curse!

I write and I photograph. And I also am adding you to my blogroll. Your view of the world is idiosyncratic and revealing. It shows me another way for my own photography to progress.

    Thanks for the kind words!

Nice photos! Are you changing your focus as you take the picture to get the motion effect?

WOW! I love your macro shots. What sort of camera do you use?

  10. September 25, 2007 at 11:42 am

I actually have just been using the PowerShot A640 for the Macro stuff. As long as the lighting is decent the built-in macro setting on this camera is really good.

Wanted to say thanks for the comment and encouragement. Your photos are great, I especially like your macro and black and white doc work. I added you to my blogroll, more people definitely need to see your work. Keep on! – B

Other than this response and compliment on your work (it’s great) how do I become a blog-roller. Thirty plus years, older than you, and at one time I was a neighbor to your north. Idaho I think it was called. Anyway I really like what you are doing here and want to make sure I know when you do anything new or anything else for that matter.

Thanks. I appreciate that. There’s an RSS feed you can subscribe to using a RSS reader or you can just check this site out every once in awhile. I usually post new photos once every couple of weeks or so.

i really connect with your style. i’m also an aspiring photographer and take comfort in seeing such wonderful images out there in the world. i only hope that someday my art will inspire others as you have so inspired many.

Janette – Thanks for the comments. It feels good to know that things I’ve created inspire others only for the sake of art itself. If you have it in you to take pictures, play music, paint, etc. you should always go for it without doubt.
